      Deal Finder       dynamically showcases your Buy X Get Y promotions to customers as they browse your store, ensuring they are aware of the offer and encouraged to act. Deal Finder can guide customers through various stages of engagement:

      • Browsing Stage: Introduce the promotion with an eye-catching teaser.
      • Close to Qualifying: Notify customers when they are near meeting the eligibility criteria (e.g., “Add one more item to qualify for a free gift!”).
      • Qualified for the Promotion: Highlight available gift options or confirm the selected gift.
      • Basket Stage: Ensure the Free Gift is clearly identified in the customer’s basket and offer the option to switch gifts if applicable.

      Customising Deal Finder Content

      Deal Finder allows you to tailor the visual presentation of your Free Gift promotions. By integrating with Zones & Panels and BlockLab, you can design content that aligns with your brand while automating updates using Twig tags.

      For example, you can:

      To ensure customers have a seamless experience, you can enable Deal Finder on your basket pop-up, basket, product and checkout pages. This allows customers to see Free Gift details or make changes to their selection right up until they complete their purchase.
