How to see new orders instantly with optional audio notifications
Depending on your type of business, you may wish to see new customer orders appear in real time, and perhaps with loud audio notifications to alert your staff to new orders.
To activate this functionality, go to Settings > Site Settings.
Scroll down to find the Orders & Invoice settings section.
Activate this setting by changing the option to Yes, then clicking Save.
With this setting active, when viewing the main Orders screen in your admin system new orders will appear in real time as customers complete checkout. Turn on audio notifications to be alerted when new orders appear.
