How do I dispatch an order?
1. Go to Orders.
2. Locate and open the order. Find the specific order that you want to edit. You can search for orders by order number, customer name, or other relevant details.
3. Mark as dispatched. Open the order details by clicking on the order you want to dispatch. Select Actions and click on Dispatch Order.
4. Enter dispatch details. Enter the Courier, Tracking Number, and confirm stock.
You can choose to email the customer informing them that this order has been dispatched and providing them with the tracking information. If you do not want to send this email untick the box.
5. Save changes by clicking Save & mark as dispatched.
