How do I cancel an order?

1. Go to Orders.



2. Locate and open the order. Find the specific order that you want to cancel. You can search for orders by order number, customer name, or other relevant details. Click on the order you want to cancel to open its details.



Make sure that there are no payments that have been processed for this order. Orders with payments must be refunded.

3. Use the Order Status dropdown and click on Cancelled.



4. Double check that you want to cancel this order. If you are certain then click on Save.





5. Your order has now been canceled.
